This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") is entered into between the Seller and the Buyer as defined below.

1. Definitions

"Seller" refers to the merchant operating this online store.
"Buyer" refers to the customer purchasing products from this online store.

2. Order Process

The Buyer places an order through the online store. The Seller will confirm receipt of the order via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

3. Delivery

The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. The Seller is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer acquires physical possession of the goods.

5. Returns and Refunds

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from this Contract by an unequivocal statement. The Buyer shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicated their withdrawal.
